SO...... As some of you may know I spent my winter term traveling a bit. I got to hit up Tahoe and Vegas but my main stop was San Diego! I LOVE San Diego! Honestly you can't get too much better than life in PB or close to the bay! Mostly cause it's warm! So while some of you we're shreddin Pow Pow I opted for the warmer version of happiness and got to ride with the Wakeboard San Diego and WakeDiva crews.I feel very fortunate to have been able to go on this trip, mostly because my riding got soooo much stronger and more consistent. I was able to ride about 4 days a week, sometimes even two sessions a day! I got my Double Ups pretty consistent on the smaller WakeDiva boat and had strong set after strong set riding behind WBSD’s X2.

Also my SD roomie and I got to go to the Freeze ride in Carlsbad and after the LF rep proclaiming he's never even heard of a Russian Wakeboarder Olga got super into it and started riding all the time, super great since she hadn't even heard of it until January!
Carlsbad...
Olga bein shredtastic! So, what I can offer you from my experience is just to go out there and ride, as much as you can, on different water, behind different boats and with different riders! And as always ask if you think there is something you can be doing differently. They're suggestions might not help, but than again they might make all the difference in the world. One from the WBSD guys changed my riding forever, so, ya never know…
Also while I was down there Kaileen and I got started on work for the Rail jam and Wake swap, we’re hoping this event will be goin off in late may so look forward to more on that!!
Happy riding guys! See everyone at the Koppert Spring Classic!
